Our Story
Jabed and Abdul started their careers in the estate agency world in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Working as lettings negotiators in different parts of London, they gained a deep understanding of the market. In 2020, they took a big step and opened their estate agency, Avenue Estate, which quickly became successful. Building on this success, in 2023, they launched Elite Spaces.
Their success inspired this new venture with short-term rentals, leading them to focus entirely on creating a unique offering in the corporate lettings space.
Our goal at Elite Spaces is simple: to improve the corporate lettings market.
We aim to do this by providing landlords with a service that pays them well and takes excellent care of their properties, ensuring peace of mind and steady income.
